Ever Yours

Terms

Last updated 20 September 2026

These are the terms between you and Event Brokers, LLC for using Ever Yours. By making a site you agree to them.

During the beta, nothing is charged

Ever Yours is in closed beta. Beta accounts get every premium feature at no cost and no card is taken. If that changes we will tell you before it does, and you will not be charged for anything you have already built.

Your account

You must be at least 18 to use Ever Yours. You can build a site before signing in; it belongs to nobody until an account claims it. Keep your email secure, because a sign-in link sent to it is enough to reach your wedding.

A site nobody claims within 30 days, with no guests and no replies, is deleted.

What you pay, when there is something to pay

Outside the beta, premium is $79 paid once. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. It applies to one wedding site.

Refunds. If you change your mind, we will refund you in full within 14 days of purchase — just ask. After you have sent invitations we do not refund, because at that point the thing you bought has been used. Refunds are issued by hand to the card you paid with.

The free tier

Free sites carry a small “Made with Ever Yours” line in the footer, and have limits on events, guests, and gallery photographs. The limits are shown in the product before you reach them, and on the pricing section.

Your content is yours

Your names, your words, your photographs, your guest list — all yours. You give us permission to store them and to show them on your wedding site, which is the service you asked for, and nothing else. We do not use your photographs to promote Ever Yours and we do not claim any ownership.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the guest details you enter.

What you may not do

Do not use Ever Yours to publish anything unlawful, to impersonate somebody, to send email to people who did not give their address to the couple, or to host files unrelated to a wedding. Do not attempt to reach another couple’s guest list.

We may suspend or remove a site that does these things. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

Availability

We work to keep Ever Yours up, and we cannot promise it never goes down. It is provided as it is, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us — which, during the beta, is nothing.

This is the part of these terms most worth reading twice: a wedding site is important on one particular day, and you should keep your own copy of your guest list. The Guests page exports one as a CSV.

Ending it

You can delete your site at any time from Settings. That removes it for good, along with your guest list, every reply, and your photographs. We may close an account that breaks these terms.

The legal bits

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. If part of them turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands. We may update them; if a change matters, we will email you.

Reaching us

Ever Yours is in closed beta and does not yet publish a support address. Reply to any email we have sent you, or contact whoever invited you to the beta, and it will reach us.
